7 kg in 4 weeks would be over the top and risky, even if you try it while having professional guidance. I'd recommend 2-3 kilos per month, that's a whole lot healthier, likelier (= less frustrating) and less prone to become a yo-yo effect. ;)

Plus, the pills...I can't say I approve of taking them, regardless how 'harmless' they seem or how often certain family members already took them. I'd simply not want to take a shortcut, yanno. I would want to feel I 'earned' the aching muscles, the sweat, the weight loss all on my own, not with the help of pills.

Of course you can do whatever you want and I notice you are getting desperate (though you shouldn't ), but still...dear, think about it. Changing eating behavior and exercising (doesn't have to be gym; I abhor gyms and prefer to exercise elsewhere) usually does the trick, you just have to be patient and not set yourself undoable goals. :pat:

You should also exercise your self-confidence. Lean on what you are good at. Tell yourself you are good at what you do. That really helps whenever you feel down cos of the weight-thing.

And just saying: the feeling full could also be achieved by other means than pills, e.g. by drinking lotsa tea/water.
