Yes! Red! HE WAS SO HARD TO BEAT IN SOULSILVER! 
I know! I had to use all my legendaries to beat him 
I dare you to beat him with normal Pokemon. Because no offense, but it feels way too common that people defeat him with powerful legendaries rather than common normal Pokemon. :3
I finally beat him with Olive. Shes lvl. 70 but she knows Ice Punch.
