Here I go!

The nose seems too .. button - y. It sticks out, while a normal cat's wouldn't. It also is MUCH too small. The curve of the muzzle is too sharp as well; A real cat's would be much more angled. I'd curve the forward - facing part of the cat's eye more outward as well. The mouth is too much like a human's, and I see you've reverted to a more human style. Fully connect the mouth to the front of the muzzle. The chin is too pronounced as well.
Your cat has a chest, which real cats don't; cats have no collarbones and so it appears as if their forelimbs connect to their neck. Your cat's legs are really straight; they wouldn't be able to walk like that! Thepaws look a bit strange; they have only three toes (not counting the thumb - toe - things (for lack of a better word xD) The thumb - toe position is wrong on the right forelimb; it should be slightly more hidden.
On to the back legs/hindqurters!
The first problem I notice is that again, they're too straight. [link]
This is the most accurate source I could find; it has many other helpful references as well!
There should be three joints there - not counting the 'wrist' joint - yet I see none.
The right hind leg is very off; it's much too close to the cat's other leg. I'd recommend moving it slightly to the left. The fluffy, upper part of the cat's left hind leg is too angled; round it out a bit.
The tail is rather detached. It is too far left and I see no indication whatsoever that the tail is slightly behind the hindquarters. In effect, it looks like a slightly curved, furry pole extending from the top of the cat's butt.
I'm assuming this is a kitten, based on its proportions.

Those are the only problems I see; I really like the lighting and such.
