It's "Little People", Gavroche's song. It does not appear in the show, not the entire song, but parts of it are sung in the final performance.
Ah, I quite like Little People in the London 85 CD! Well, luckily a part of it survived... But haven't they cut it down to quite a few lines in West End by now? I don't remember - I've been seeing the Åbo Svenska Teater Les Mis, and there they had none of the current West End cuts, I think the show was exactly as it is on the Complete Symphonic.
Yes, yes, same here! It's so cute! But yes, that's what happened, possibly more in the London and North American versions. Oooh, the tour your seeing sounds interesting.
It wasn't a tour though, it was a Nordic production that stayed in one theatre... Definitely interesting! 
Still, cool though!
