There's also some nice Digital Art of planets that got a DD today. I can't count how many times I've seen similar pieces before, yet no one's over there complaining. 
If you absolutely have to bitch about something being unoriginal, you might as well do it on the vast majority of DDs this week, this year, and future years to come, because there's a good metric ton of concepts that have been done to death.

I think you are ignoring the blatant similarities. Not to mention people who rip off other art don't typically get recognition for it. Had this person at least referenced the peta ad, then MAYBE I would give it a break, but they didn't even do that.
This art has the same execution, same color theme, same UNDERWEAR (who specifically puts tan underwear on someone?), same props, same art form, same overall style. The only difference is the title and use of photoshop.
You can't call dragons non-original because they are not objects that are meant to create a specific message relevant to today's media.
If you want to argue with hypothetical vague topics go back to high school.

How about you report it then? Take it up with the GM instead of taking part in some kind of Original Art Patrol. Isn't carrying on complaining about ONE PHOTOGRAPH just a little bit pathetic?
