Yea, I don't think my camera can take very good night shots. :/
what kind of camera do you use? cus i can understand that night shots are hard to do cus of the lack of a strong light source (e.i. that confounded sun ><)
Just a little Kodak z990. I don't know much about camera's though. 
join the club. if and when i do take pictures i usually have a good sense of atmosphere to get some good ones once in awhile
