"Better to be pissed off than pissed on... uh-oh." hehe. I picture it as either he's in the wrong place at the wrong time, or he just peed on an ancient burial ground/some other place where reverence was expected. (And the artwork's really nice too, I especially like the lighting and the leaves in the lower right corner.)
