Yes, 2 points are for purebred litters, 1 point for mixed litters.
For the second part, you only get the points at the level in which the parents currently are at.
So if both parents are at Divine rank, you get 10 points (5 apiece).
Additionally, if the parents of the dogs are not starters, they get another point for each dog within the pedigree (lineage).

Alright so the "Litters" part of the points isn't just for the dogs HAVING litters. It also includes if they themselves were purebred? Just wanna make sure that's right because then I would be adding 2 points to a lot of my dogs.

Yeah I know, I just thought that the litters portion of points was only if your dog had a litter. I didn't know it also included if your dog came from a purebred litter
