and i only started watching you this year. I'd never seen or heard of your breed before then.
There's tons of differences though, idk if the Penna's can lift there tail, but the Pavo's can lift there tail like a peacock, they have feathers behind the ears, they generally dont show mutations unless bred to a horse w/ them (ex: if they bred to a winged/horned horse) This isn't necessarily a breed its a genetic defect.

Pennaceous can't lift them? Then I messed up on Birdie's show pic, unless her little foal tail is light enough to lift?
only adult ones cant lift them because they are too heavy and long

Sorta kinda lol, it can be found in just about any breed so 
It could be bred to be breed specific if a breeder wanted to ;D
