Thanks! I'll post pics when I'm done. Im doing both Conner and Ezio, but I sew a lot of Historical Renaissance and am not worried about the Ezio cosplay. haha may I ask how you attached the Conner coat to the vest so that that the coat stayed open but didn't slide all around? Thanks again! :-D

Well that problem was actually handled by the problem of the weapon belt. At the place at the weaponbelt where it is "buttoned" to the coat, there is actually a bolt going from the belt through the coat and vest, behind that is a piece of plastic which connects the two sides =).

Ooooohhh! haha Okay, I'm getting it now. Thanks!!-helps a lot! So wait.... does the vest not open up in front? haha I have a million questions. LOL This is unlike anything I've ever sewn before. I understand why you guys are calling it a "build" - its almost more like architecture than costuming!

I choose to not make it open in the front, mainly because the buttons are in the middle (looking at reference pics) and it's easier to sew it that way =).

And yes, I'm really glad I took attention to my math classes XD.

Ok, I was kinda thinking of doing that too, maybe a zipper on the side or something. I've never played the game so I'm depending on Youtube and Google images to try to get the pics I need for research. haha Trying to get all the research done and drawn out before I cut into the fabric. I'm having to completely change my thinking from "historically correct" to cosplay. haha Its fascinating! Your build looks awesome btw. :-D

Yeah, the research takes a whole lot of time, but it worth it =). Thanks a lot for liking my costume. I did alter some things that I didn't like though, need to capture that on camera XD.

haha Yes! More pictures of construction and details would be awesome! :-D I'm laughing at thinking how you would get in and out of it since some of it is "bolted" to other pieces of the costume! haha Sounds hard. I will be altering a few minor things too - trying to maintain the look while still making it functional. And the "aging" it with the paint is key! Great job there!
