She's a OC i use for bleach i cant draw her very well so i dont post her trying to get it better though XD. She's a princess actualy strangely enough half Arrancar and half Dragon but she usualy covers her eyes so nobody realy knows. She's the adopted daughter of king Arther (aka knights of round table XD), kenpachi, and Barragan (long story suited for another time) and she wants to be just like him and Merlin. She has Long black hair and deep red eyes that seem to be corrupted and dragonic. She usualy is in either her knights armor that has Camelot's symbol, her more Celtic Princess wear, her soul reaper/espada uniform (again LONG story XD). she carries a bow, a sword, and a sheild ALWAYS for protection.
Nice. Now why would Mr Kagoshima go perfectly with your OC? 
well from the short description he seems to be similar in power to Kageka. Plus beside think for a sec here...if he and her met 1.if they were eneimes i smell a battle even ichigo or the Head Captain wouldn't go into, 2. if they were friends they could EASLY defeat enemies, and 3. if there was a romance well fuck that part is just all over board you know how romances are eith all the ups and downs of it! ROFL XD

While I appreciate the energy in your statement, there's an issue.
Dyo, by nature, dislikes fighting, labeling him a pacifist isn't really accurate, as he'll fight when necessary, but he'll avoid it unless it has a genuine purpose. While he's also powerful, he's nowhere near the power of Yamamoto or Mugetsu Ichigo, he's more along the lines of the same power as Shunsui, maybe a little stronger, hard to tell.
As for romance, well, Dyo's a polygamist because he doesn't exactly understand the concept of an immortal being limiting themselves to one romantic relationship, so she'd have competition.
