Trust me I know about all that and I'm not one to simply dismiss it, but what I was referring to is hearing a repeatable pattern like the ones we've sent out. There been one case where the scientist heard something but then they weren't able to find it again and it appears to have been an anomaly as far as we can prove. Although the scientist involved did his best to explain it and couldn't. Other than that though we have no demonstrable proof.

Well, we're not carrying on a "Hi! How are you" conversation with ETs, and none have landed on the White House lawn & said "Take me to your leader," so to speak, but as much as I like the spirit of SETI, trying to contact ETs that way is not really going to work, and any ETs that might be watching us are highly unlikely to want to make a grand entrance... However, there actually is a lot of "proof" re paranormal phenomena for which the only theoretical explanation is something a lot more fantastic than merely beings traveling here from another world... Love to discuss this at length, if you want. E-mail me...

ah well we'll have to chat more once I get home from my vacation because I've heard that and various other things, but I can't say I honestly know much about any of it.

:D:D Indeed we shall... As Shakespeare said: "There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio,
Than are dreamt of in your philosophy..." Take good care...
