Well then, now that it's updated...
I like #1. By disposing with a lot of the armor and spiky bits, adding more fabrics and showing more skin, it hits more of a 'villainous sorceress' mark and has a trace of evil elegance to it. This seems like a good outfit to be both sexy and menacing in. I'd almost argue that the feathers are a little too much, but they don't really do anything to detract from it, so whatevs.
But I think my favorite is #3. That one looks particularly menacing, and by changing around some of the spiky protrusions and things it now looks not only a lot more practical, but a lot more thematic as well. THe wings on the helmet in particular were a good change. Also, good to see she actually has a decent breastplate this time.
