I was in your position for a while Jeff. I went and got some counseling(helped a bit), and talked to my friends about it. Surprisingly they all helped a lot and were very supportive. I had to let it go, but couldn't. Ever. I found that it takes a real man to get over something like that, and even more of one to get back on your feet. I was able to, shall we say, "recover" in about a month. In the end, she decided to come back to me so that worked our(we are at a year now )
