A little bit of intellectual dishonesty is required if you want to make these beliefs work.
It's not even that. My problem with the bible is not whether it's real or not. It's whether it's moral.
It isn't, really.
No it isn't. And not in a subtle way but in a blatantly obvious way.
You'd have to be raised to think it wasn't to propagate it as moral.
