That's interesting. I love Hetalia too, but I kind of get what you're saying. I'm not annoyed or whatever but yeah. I think that the top things people usually draw in anime are Hetalia, Ouran Highschool Host Club, Fruits Basket and more because they're the most popular. Many people want to be seen on deviantart, well, watched or something like that they do things about the more popular animes. Or else it's that they are influenced by friends or they legit are huge, mega fans of them.
