Omg, such great movement!! How the hell.....how do you do this!? What program!? Do you have to constantly draw out all the movements? Isn't that a lot of work? OMG Im asking a lot of questions. xD I just like how you did this. lmfao!

The only program I use is just for assembling (PinnacleStudioPlus) but if I want to color it I use corelpainter11. And yes, I have to draw every movement that the character makes
it is a lot of work but once you get used to it it's very easy 
you just need a lot of time to dedicate to your animation
