The blonde is called Temari; she's from the series Naruto, she is a Sand Genin from the village hidden in the Sand, along with her brothers Kankuro and Gaara, they all start out as villains but eventually become allies to the heroes later on and she eventually become the love interest of, WAIT...I'm not sure that's Temari at all! Looks to be a random blonde female character from the Haruhi Suzumiya manga! Don't know too much about that manga!

Well I'd just taken a glance when I started; took a second look when I got to the obvious part but decided to keep the former because it was already written!

I've never seen Temari with let-down hair and doubt she would do so because she was/is in a regular school!
