Yeah what is that about exactly sattelizer asked her are you a human being or a true pandora she said she was a "true pandora" So she wasn't human all along or something cause I know Pandora are modified humans.
I believe that Chiffon was able to use Pandora abilities without the Stigmata. The volt weapon that she used was very similar to the one used by the 1st Pandora Maria Lancelot. Maria fought the novas on equal terms without Stigmata (this was before Pandoras were created). It was suggested that Maria was not entirely human to begin with (her eyes had vertical slits over the pupils which indicate this). When Maria died her body crystallized, and Dr. Aoi perfected the stigmata system from it. I believe Chiffon was the same as Maria, and part Nova to begin with. It would explain why she is able to assume Nova Form at will, and still retain her mind. Well that was a long explanation, but that is what I know so far.
On a side note, any more fights with Satellizer coming up, or any of the redhead's of Freezing for that matter.
