I like the Gengar lady. She is hard to identify, but the punk thing goes well with Gengar's typing. :3
The Mismagius, Cofagrigus and Dusknoir are awesome. They are easy to identify and they represent the general impression I personally have of them.
Dusknoir as the sinister and laconic guardian, Mismagius as the slightly crazy wizard and Cofagrigus as the insane person you don't want to get too close to.
The Jellicent is.. odd. Easy and hard to identify. I don't know if I like him. He sticks out because this design is somewhat of a crossover.
I like your take on the Chandelure. It looks fitting, I just imagined Chandelures to be more.. chubby. Cause the pokemon is essentially a blob with fiery tentacles.
I also like your version of Giratina, the hair and beard thing is awesome and the belt idea had me grin for a fair while.
Last.. the Spiritomb. This guy looks crazy, heinous and spiteful. He is perfect.
