Good point! I checked my other photos and got one of a sign. So I'm pretty sure this is a golden eagle.
Certainly it looks like one. Still, a full shot is the better proof 
I had a look at my shots, and on that day, at that time, I only took extreme closeups. I can't be 100% sure full body shots at another time will be that one
