i cant do digital outlining at all XDYeah thats a good idea, I can't do outlines digitally either 
So what I usually do is draw the image by hand, outline in black fineliner, rub out the pencil then scan it in - then colour it in digitally.
But ever since I got these amazing Letraset Marker pens, I prefer to colour by hand
