Why is it okay for kids to see male/female relationships but not same gender? Sounds like you're a homophobe and will bring up your children to be homophobes as well. I mean come on, I don't care if you don't like same gender relationships, but don't make it about the kids. Kids are FAR more accepting of people than you seem to be. Same gender relationships aren't explicit, just like opposite gender relationships aren't.

They are still best friends. AND lovers. That arent things which contradict each other. Also, lesbian romances are more difficult to handle, but surprisingly it's pretty damn written in that matter. Unfortunately, it is almost useless to try to explain and prove this to some people, they will continue to hate and despise the end of the show, and will continue to use some poor arguments to justify their positions.
You need better research and the creators confirmed them to be a couple.
