Actually, you'd be surprised to hear that some people are indeed willing to pay for content they are normally easily able to get for free. Ask any popular webcomic artist who also sells print books of their free-to-read webcomic.
But yeah, I suppose the (musical) copyright would probably remain an issue.

So the only way for me to sell DVD's is too only put IMP on there, and replace all music with public domain stuff.
