well thats the thing, see it can be a half-japanese half-something else, or someone who is like the son of a diplomat and is born in japan and raised in Tokyo. its not that hard for me to come up with a backround that fits the name its just is it okay with you if i chose a foreign over a japanese name( not like i can even come up with a japanese name that make sense.) -_-
