I think I saw one post where somepony asked if he can post a "done by hand" drawing to which mod replied that "Only if it looks really good." or something like that. I'm not sure.
I don't want to jump to conclusions because they encourage people to send art but you gotta look and think about how much there is traditional art in these Drawfriends.
