Comment on Pink Polka Dot 1.0 - Theme W7 by ietf4899Love
How do I install these? I know there's a download button, but when I extract and save it to the right folder, my computer never looks like this.
Usually it's a case of deleting unnessecary folders (I've often had to do this in order to get themes) but I still can't figure this one out. I ended up having to restart my computer because in the end it stuffed up all my themes and none of them were functioning D: (The restart fixed that issue)
I think maybe the theme just isn't functioning properly. It says it's for W7 but in the folders there's mentions of stuff for Vista, maybe it's actually for Vista or something? I don't know D: It's a shame because I really wanted this one

I think that's the case to. I did restart my computer, but it still isn't working. I can install themes from windows websites and those work fine but maybe its just for vista like you said. It is to bad it's a pretty cute theme, but I can't get that glassy look like it is here.
Yeah it sucks D: But yay for Vista users!
