He is referring to the "text=" and "tooltiptext=" having # signs inserted in front and in back of the label

I just edited a couple of the .ini s I just downloaded to remove them but maybe you have different versions of the .ini s that are getting downloaded if you are not seeing them when you test?
Also, I seem to be having trouble getting "Tonight" to work for me, in any configuration.

The # signs in front and back of the words is for the language translation variables. if you entered the language name correctly than those # signs should not be visible in the skin.
If the tonight forecast is not working for you than your probably using an older version of the skin as it was fixed a while ago.

Thanks VClouds. I checked Language and had "English 12h" in there. I set it to "English" only and the # signs went away. That was the problem there. The tonight forecast thing though, I downloaded Glasses from this site the same day I last posted. I'm using Rainmeter 3.2.1 and Glasses downloaded on 6/13/2015. Not sure why its not working for me.
