I don't mind rain. I like it most of the time. But I can imagine that it wouldn't be fun to live in rain all the time.
You should travel any chance you get! I went traveling in Europe this summer and it was fantastic. Traveling is one of the best educations you can receive. Better than any classroom.

Just don't visit in the summer time. I don't think you'll appreciate the sun boiling your blood and frying your flesh to crispy bacon.
