Hmmm...You think so? That would be something I'd like to see. If my list of favorites did change.

Yeah. I think that it's awesome that Rogue is no longer in your top favorites. XD And I'm glad that Storm had replaced her. I think that Storm is alot more deserving. You've listed some good reasons here and I think that I've always found her to be more interesting than Rogue. I think Storm just has more depth and just has a better character all around. It's always interested me that she's been the only female to lead the team and that she was able to do so by beating Scott without her powers. She is quite the awesome lady.

Yeah, I have read quite a bit of her. All the things you've mentioned, plus I've read a solo series of hers. The one where it shows her childhood and how she and T'Challa met. It really does suck that she pretty much has been shelved. It's not fair to such an amazing character. I really do need to read more of her...

I really think that you do a great job on all of your Storm pieces. I agree that she has a certain look, but I think that you do a great job with it on every piece you do of her.

I do think so. I think so especially since it's happened with me. While my additional readings has helped to solidify my love of Storm, it's definitely shifted around who I've always considered my favourites and has helped to really educate me on who these characters are and what they've been through. Just reading about their histories on Wikipedia isn't enough... it really does require first-hand reading with the comics.

Storm isn't the only female to lead the X-Men, she's simply the first. Rogue and Jean have both had turns leading the X-Men. Also, Storm was leader prior to that little "contest" between her and Cyclops. Following the Dark Phoenix Saga, Scott stepped down as leader and Xavier put Storm in charge. Scott stuck around for a while though. I know that Storm became officially leader just prior to the first ever Morlock storyline. Also, Madelyne suggests that Storm only won that contest as a result of her manipulations by really fracturing Scott's concentration and desires. However, I still think Storm would have whooped Scott's butt even without Madelyne's help. There are some experiences that Storm has had that makes her more resourceful than Scott.

Yes, you do need to read more of her. If you've read "X-Men: World's Apart" there isn't much else in the modern context aside from "X-Treme X-Men" that you could pick up easily. A lot of the stuff from the '90s that got collected in TPB form sometimes requires you to have a greater knowledge of what happened during the '80s and '90s in the X-Men comics. At least, that's what I've found. It's so much more satisfying when you actually know what characters refer to. XD

Yeah, I agree. It is important to have first hand reading knowledge of them. After all if Wiki had everything on there, it would take days to read through the article. Lol.

Yeah. I forgot about Rogue having her team that she led. I don't know how. Both Bobby and Sam were on it and it had Lady M. Lol. I really hate my memory sometimes. XD I never knew Jean lead them though. That's cool. I think Storm probably could have kicked Scott's butt without Madelyne's manipulations as well. She didn't become such a good thief when she was younger for nothing. Lol.

XD Yeah, I'm sure it would be hard to just jump in on a certain point in the 90's issues. I'd probably be scratching my head a lot. Lol.

It's difficult to really include everything possible since sometimes it's really hard to get across personality in Wiki articles. More than just that, the art tells a story too so you really need the combination of both. Actually, that site I linked you to (uncannyxmen.net) contains the most comprehensive biographies I've seen for the X-Men characters so if there's anyone else you want to check out I'd suggest doing so there. It's more accurate than Wikipedia and Comicvine since it provides textual citations and scans of panels. They also have costume lists and notable appearances lists.

Rogue's actually led her own team before that. She was voted in as leader in the early-2000s. But it's true... your memory sucks. You really don't seem to remember much and require a lot of memory jogs. Haha! Sucks, doesn't it? :P

It also doesn't help that the '90s issues weren't collected in entirety in TPBs. However, there are some stand-alone issues that you could theoretically pick up and understand quite well. There's a good two issue arc in the adjectiveless X-Men title that is pretty cool. As I said above, I recommend checking out uncannyxmen.net for more information on the X-Men. You can check the "issue checklist" section of her biography for some of the notable appearances Storm has made.

Yeah, I get what you're saying. Like I said I'll definitely have to check out that site and read up on some of them.

Yes, yes it does suck. Oh well. It's something I've gotten used to. XD

Oh okay. I'll have to do that as well. Lol.
