I thought "Operation Moving Target" was a fitting name since Tank is himself the moving target and both he and Rainbow trust each other enough to do this.

For a while I considered adding that Princess Celestia ended up eating it on one of her visits but then I thought that this might be a bit too much.

I get moving target now. 
Hard to say when anything is enough or too much. Jokes should be concise. Or that's what I think anyway.
But knowing Celestia . . . that would be funny. But might be overextending the joke.
