I don't really think he is, but he did make a comment about about "I only knwo one god and he does not dress like that!" I mostly just chose him because Tony likes to mess with him x3

Captain America is a Christian, like most Americans were in the 40s. Since Thor is alive and most certainly a real god, that means Nordic Gods are the only real gods, nullifying all other religions in existicence.

Hell, Captain America even says, "There's only one god mamn. And he doesn't dress like that," remarking on Thor's cloathing and the whole "God of Thunder" thing.
