Another amazing map! And like Hoplitesoldier said, the information is extremely useful as well (the map would be very hard to understand without it).
However, I'm not sure your choice of colours was so good. The colour used for allies of the Delian League is most similar to the colour of neutral states rather than the colour of the Delian League itself, making the map hard to interpret at a glance. Also, the colour of the Delian League is a little too close to the colour of the sea. I think navy blue might be better for the Delian League, and maybe a shade of green for their allies...

I tried many different combinations of colours for this map. Blue is a difficult colour to use, because most tints don't go well with other colours (unless they are very bright) and because it easily makes any text written over it hard to read. Also, using different tints of blue in the same map close to each other is a bad idea because it makes the map look like a big blue blob (especially considering the sea is also there). Trust me, I give a lot of thought to colours.
Ah, ok, I didn't know you had already done that... Well, if you already tried different combinations, then I certainly trust you that this is the best one.
