Most mods (ones that have a .tah extension) need to be placed in the arcs folder.
In Windows 7, the path is c: -> Program files (x86) -> TechArts 3D Custom Girl->arcs.
If it has a .tso extension or a .psd extension, you'll have to convert it to .tah to make it work. I never could get the tahconverter.exe to work right.
