Loathe as I am to admit it as a proud northener (if you come to the UK, be sure to visit Yorkshire!), I love London 
though I only go there every one or 2 years, it always makes me happy to be there, even if it does eat up all my money >.<
I have no idea which bit of London that is, but it's very shiny.. these black and white photos of cities are so eye-catching

It is Canary Wharf, 5 minutes away from where I live actually, its stunning at night
