Dinky, as far as I understand it... is a background pony from the Winter Wrap Up episode. The fans, for some reason, say that she is Derpy's daughter. I did a request for someone on here of Derpy and Dinky together, and I rather liked drawing them, so I keep drawing them... even though I don't really follow the fan canon stuff that much.
