At least Deadpool's crazy is used for humour instead of depicting it as cool. His insanity works because its so over the top. With many other crazy antiheroes, it just comes off as in bad taste. Works for villains though.
I agree, he should be, but I do dislike it when he crosses the boundary into unstoppable. I mean, Superman is incredibly powerful, but even without Kryptonite or Red sunlight, he has his share of limitations (he's vulnerable to magic and can be harmed by things stronger than him, he may be strong but most of his enemies are even stronger and his most well known villains is also far smarter and strategic) just as Wonder Woman, Hulk, and Thor do. Black Panther, should be powerful, but without the unstopablity of Reginald Hudlin's depiction. I do think his arrogance fits him, but not to the extent its often used, like when he refuses to share the cure for Cancer and acts fairly hypocritical about it. Then he becomes fairly insufferable. About Magic, I agree, but that's mostly because I'm bit of a science nerd and only like to use things I understand. Hell, I tried to think of a logical explanation for Thor and Asgard. I can accept it as 'some sort of science that is yet to be discovered or figured out' but going with 'its magic you don't need to explain it' is a bit too far.
Its the problem with getting new ideas, you always want to put them down, but if you have too many and not enough time to work on it then it gets difficult.
I may see it just to check it out, but its not something I'm especially looking forward to. They would make great comics, both Kim and the Incredibles (I'll need to check it out, but I'm pretty sure Incredibles got one at some point). I could see them being made in a few years, if somebody suggested it. Almost every popular show seems to get a comic these days; Buffy, Charmed, and Smallville come to mind, but Batman TAS, Teen Titans, and many others got comics for them too.
