Can I ask you one question? What pencil or pen do you drow outlines in your pictures?
I used pigment ink marker pen to draw 
I guess in Russia there are no pens like this T_T in Moscow you can find everything exept good pens or pencils for drowing! T_T
hmm.. there should be pens like this.. look for pen for graphics, thin marker pens... size 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 etc. There are many good artists from Russia (at least in deviantart), so I'm sure you can get such pens for drawing,
