Oh, I see! Well, she actually doesn't have horns. She's just a Dunmer, but she wears the so-called 'helmet of the old gods' that belongs to the Forsworn Armor. On males, it looks like a deer head, but the female version has these horns (Image from the Elder Scrolls Wiki: [link]).
OH! Wow I should try that on Grimwit, her outfit is all Forsworn and maybe the horns might look good on her. I'll have to try it out. XP If I ever get the game back from my friend. XD
