I've download one of his mod,it's Hwoa's alt,and I just extract the file like I ever do,it won't work. ( what does the outfit work on??? )
I told you to download the unlocker first:

Actually I know why, but don't know what to do. I got the game on steam. And when I ran the shortcut, there was an error message telling me "Failed to initialize on steam". What can I do? For those who are using steam?
When I click on the shortcut, the game didn't work. Any idea why?
