Yep. Syren always calls him "Uncle Wrex" 
GREAT picture...except for ONE pretty big detail that you got wrong; Wrex's crest isn't *brown*...its *red*; slightly brighter shade than his armor. Its odd that that mistake was made, since everything else was done perfectly-- you even got the claw scars on his face down right (I always wondered what managed to do that to him, and so badly that he didn't manage to heal it so there wasn't a scar).
