[link] - you have to register, but it's quick and easy; this is the best stock site I've ever seen. HUGE images for free.
[link] - This one sometimes has more results, but the pictures are not big enough to do much with.
[link] - This is a public domain resource, I haven't checked it out yet; but if you want to stay completely legal you could use these.

for the visual skin theme thing....install a hacked version of your uxtheme.dll which allows you to install themes on windows....normally you've only got windows xp and classic (lame & lamer) ... the hacked dll allows ya to install whatever theme ya want....
at the bottom that's a program called object dock.....dock comes from mac's ... super cool program where you can have your shortcuts whenever u need em
