Actually, I didn't use pencils for anything but the sketch. The coloring was all done in Copic markers, which I highly recommend! They are such amazing tools and they really add depth to anything you color :). You should give them a try!! They are a little expensive, though.

No problem!! I'm always happy to help!! And, yea, when it comes to details, pencils can be a big help, but the don't always have the vibrancy that you want, you know?? They can come out muted...so I try to use the copics, but it can get difficult when you need a really fine tip.

lol yah, like any other technique pencils or copic markers all of them needs some skills to master them on paper xD Me, myself, I prefer pencils for the details, but its really hard for me to color large spaces or backgrounds. :D

Oh, I love pencils!! Before copics they were my favorite medium. There are so many techniques you can utilize with them!! And you can get a lot of different effects But they can take FOREVER!! lol. I ended up using both markers and colored pencils just to speed the process up, but traditional markers do not blend AT ALL, lol. That's where the copics really shine! They just blend so well!! It's really amazing!

Yes you are right :D I tried a lot of techniques, but I stick with pencils, probably because I love detail and that you could see in my artwork lol Other also suit me, but It doesn't give me the effect I need most of the time :D
And now I'm eager to try out the copic markers :D
