Listen if it's ok with you- I'd like to Cosplay Blood Dragon Shepard. However I'd like some more references for him. Would it be cheeky to do a 360 4/panel (front-left-back-right) artwork of him at some point?
Otherwise I'm probably going to go crazy and use artistic listening for the rest of the outfit (including putting the Spectre or N7 elite logo on the cape )

If he does that would make my life complete since I live in New York. Also I didn't really change Shepard's blood dragon armor from the original armor in dragon age origins. The main difference is I added a black cape and didn't include all the red lights. [link] here is a link to the front and back design of the blood dragon armor set.

I see the similarities now then ^_^ I'll probably mix in a couple of Blood Dragon Armour aspects from both to see what works out well ^_^

Start a donation pool, I'm sure there are people willing to help out. I could post a link on the Kaidan forum of the bioware social network and I know people there along with myself would be willing to donate.
