I dont know..... I don't find Loki's face to be THAT inspiring
just kidding XD i have no crush on him but the actors face is very intersting

but i will agree with you about that hedgehog anatomy
i may not be a full blown artist yet (hopefully i will be someday) but hedgehogs and mobian anatomy in general has kinda taken over my art style
and now i find human faces to be jerks cus of there difficulty

however it has done me some good i will admit that
beck when i started drawing hedgehogs i drew their bodies based of human anatomy with a neck and all that
this helped me get very good at human bodies
but their heads and eyes eluded me till i began to try out manga

Mmm it does you no good in the long run certainly, the same can actually be said for manga in some ways, so beware of that. What I mean is that you only draw a certain type of person, and always with the same features, since manga tends to always have the same eyes and same noses and same face shapes.

These are great tutorials for learning facial anatomy and ways to make each person different: [link] [link]

Wow these are awesome thank so much

I will agree both it has hurt me in the long run like you said
Plus I had no talent for the style of eyes or head, it just never turned out right
And in this recent year I've been trying out a more disney style
So far it's kinda failing but I think the tutorials u sent me will help a lot^^
But it has done me some good
Before I drew manga I told myself I couldn't draw poeple
Drawing manga proved me
And I think for the poeple who have the talent for it they turn it into some of the most beautiful stories and drawings I've ever seen
And i don't think I'll give it up
I just won't concentrate my energies on it
