She needs to contact me and fill out the form and then i will ask for the points depending on what she wants and she has to be able to pay for them i can give her a quote of what i believe she will owe me.

the ten points is for me to start she needs to contact me and tell me what she wants read the whole thing it says:
My price is very simple. I ask for 10 points upfront or I will not start your website.
Working on these is very time consuming and hard work to get everything just right.
Every hour of working on your site i will ask for 10 more points (on average i work about two to three hours on average but some people are complex with websites) **And evey fourth hour I deduct 5 points off the price.**
I only clock the time I am REALLY working on your site like if I take a brake for a few hours you are not charged so dont worry about that!
and it says this needs to be filled out:
~Black(with yellow or blue font) or White Background (the choices are limited there are others but they dont look that good)
~desired URL
~Site Name
~How many Pages
~Pages names and what is on them (ie pictures and text and music)
~Logo picture (the picture at the top with the name on it. A large banner pretty much)
~What the site will be used for
~What widgits (chatroom music youtube...ect)
~Any other additional information you wish to share
and this is needed:
~Email (no I can not enter your email and I do not save it to talk to you personaly it's required)
~Desired username
~Desired TEMPORARY password you can change later if you wish
