The swirls near the bottom of the eyes are fine. The odd blue swirl at the top is odd as well as the hoof markings. His hair is lovely considering it actually doesn't clash.
With the alicorn-ness, I think he would look nice as a normal pegasus :3

I'm gonna scrap the marks, make him a pegasus, and then give him a new Manestyle. everything else like the color Scheme will remain the same. ^-^
