Kiryu has an edge with that weapon, but he still has to find that right moment when he can fire it and it'll hit Destoroyah, cus he has enough energy to do just one shot, and it's not like Destoroyah will just STAND there...but then again Des IS big and bulky... so no, it's not one-sided :3
