I love the colors
some remarks:
- like most VS it seems to only work well with normal fonts
- it doesn't work well with taskswitch (the MS powertoy)
- for added OSX feel I would kill the windowsflag and change the IE icon
It is a little too luminous for long use for me but I like it.

1:Well, most people use normal fonts so umm.. I guess it's fine
2: No vs can be compatible with each and every application out there

4: Try it with a darker wallpaper to tone down the luminosity a bit
