Wow very impressed the placeing of your wings are not randomly behind the shoulder blades. They are actually put in an area that could be functional when just looking the character over and believing they are real. I give you thumbs up with that. Not many people take that in account at all.

I must admit that I am fascinated with the thought of pegasi in the fictitious sense of their locomotion. How would their anatomy differ from an equine and where would their wings be most practical. I'm still experimenting with my skills as an artist but I hope to one day be able to do an accurate rendering of an approaching pegasus. And I've always thought, if a horse could have wings, they wouldn't sit upon the withers but more flush with the shoulder - perhaps be a genetic mutation where they are a second shoulder blade that extends into the wing. I don't know. But I do like to ponder such things.
